Tube Slats: The Tube Slat® offers an economic form of privacy and decorative color to the structure, stability and longevity of a chain link fence. It has double-wall, flat tubular extrusion formulated in High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) to ensure color and functionality for many years. The Viper Channel® locking feature secures the product in the chain link mesh, deterring theft or vandalism of the product.
Ridged Slats: Like the Tube Slat, the Ridged Slat® offers an economic form of privacy and decorative color to the structure, stability and longevity of any chain-link fence. This single wall, flat angular extrusion is formulated in High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), so color and functionality stay strong even with exposure to the ultra-violet impact of the sun. Each package also includes the Viper Channel® locking system locking every slat into the chain-link fabric so it is level and secure for years of beauty.
SoliTube Slats: The SoliTube® Slat offers maximum privacy in 2” chain link mesh. The body is a double-wall, flat tubular extrusion formulated in High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), with properties and additives to ensure color and functionality lasting years. The privacy fins on each side are made using a durable yet flexible thermoplastic elastomer molded around the knuckles in the chain link wire. This ensures 90% to 100% privacy in the 2” mesh chain link. The Viper Channel® is also included, adding security for years.
If you are looking to install a chain link fence with privacy slats already woven in, we offer two great options for commercial and non-commercial use:
MaxLink Industrial: The MaxLink Industrial™ system offers the chain link wire as a complete package. Using a state-of-the-art Bergandi high-speed weaving/insertion machine, the wire is woven in a 3.5” x 5” mesh, then mechanically inserted and securing each slat to the wire with a stainless-steel staple, holding the slat level and secure for years to come.
MaxLink Plus: The MaxLink Plus® system is an evolution from the MaxLink Industrial® system offering a higher level of privacy or screening. It uses the same unique and efficient system of combining the chain link wire and the Max 2900 slat as a complete package. It also uses a state-of-the-art high-speed Bergandi weaving/insertion machine and is stapled in place so the slat will be level and secure for many years.
